Booked for a Brazilian wax but wanted a Hollywood (I didn’t know the difference upon booking haha) but Jenny was so helpful and understanding. My first time getting waxed and visiting Paintbox, lovely lovely experience felt at ease the whole time and didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. Definitely going to be a regular here
