I had the gentleman today & this is the second time I’ve come home upset with the shape & filed them myself. these are extremely painful as the extensions have been glued to my skin & I will now have to pay to get these removed elsewhere. I really would appreciate my money back as I will now be at a loss. I’m really upset that the same salon has also given me my best gel set, which is why I purposefully requested Jenny, really gutted that I didn’t get her this time!

They are so good at what they do, very precise. Been here a few times now and consistency is excellent. However, on a couple occasions, they were running late and I had to wait 20 mins even though I had an appointment.
