There was just so much waiting around. Despite me having an appointment booked, I had to wait for the technician to finish someone else’s nail. My appointments were supposed to take an hour and a half but I ended up there for nearly 2 and a half hours. Fine if you have no other plans and nowhere else to be, but not ideal otherwise. I got the feeling they were trying to squeeze in as many customers as possible. I wouldn’t go back.
