I absolutely love coming to the Paintbox! The staff are so friendly and when you book an appointment, they usually see you shortly after. The reviews are true!!! This place is great 👍🏽

*review is not of Jenny! I had the gentleman today & this is the second time I’ve come home upset with the shape & filed them myself. these are extremely painful as the extensions have been glued to my skin & I will now have to pay to get these removed elsewhere. I really would appreciate my money back as I will now be at a loss. I’m really upset that the same salon has also given me my best gel set, which is why I purposefully requested Jenny, really gutted that I didn’t get her this time!

They are so good at what they do, very precise. Been here a few times now and consistency is excellent. However, on a couple occasions, they were running late and I had to wait 20 mins even though I had an appointment.
