Nothing fantastic I'm afraid. I was on time for my appointment but was seen 10 minutes late, and as a consequence I had to add another hour for parking had I was seen on time, there wouldn't have been the need.
I didn't even get seen by the person I was booked in with so felt like I was just given to any other staff. I was desperate for an appointment as my usual nail shop was fully booked. This place could do with buying new nail files, as the ones used on my nails were worn out! Not for me!
