Went for a 45 mins deluxe pedicure, in which the man doing my pedicure sliced a piece of my skin clean off and left it bleeding and unattended through a 20mins treatment (not 45 as advertised), with 20mins nail drying time…where I had to wait under the fan blowing cold air into an open cut while they fumbled around trying to locate a plaster for the blood. No refund was offered, and I’ll obviously be raising a complaint.
