Usually great service but the male beauticians haven’t been able to tidy my cuticles without them bleeding so I would prefer to have a female beautician every time. The nails look good after but the cuticles are damaged on a couple of toes or fingers each time which means risk of infection and pain for a few days where they are healing. Therefore next time I will insist on a female beautician or go elsewhere. It’s a shame because otherwise really great service.
