I booked a manicure with Jenny. I was seen by a man, on time. The manicure was terrible I could have done a better job myself. Paint on my fingers around my nail. Rough edges to the paint job. Does not look professional and a waste of time and money. Such a shame as used to be a regular at this salon and came back after moving out of the area specifically because I knew they did an excellent job. Wasted journey. I won’t be returning. Beyond disappointed. I have subsequently spoken to the salon directly and they have invited me to come along for a free manicure to make up for my bad experience.
