Lauren was great, really professional even asked me if it was ok and got another lady in just to make sure the job was done thoroughly, explained what she was doing whenever I had questions and was really easy to chat to. One of the best waxes I've ever had , not too painful and perfect results ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
