Disappointed was supposed to be 30 minute appointment for child long hair cut. Didn't say on Treatwell dry cut. Only in salon 5 minutes when she said all done! what happened to other 25 minutes??

My daughter had a trim, it took about 5 minutes which was great for a wriggly 2 year old. The hairdresser was polite and listened to my request.
