Didn’t feel properly listened to or that stylist had bothered to really look at the photo of myself with the style I wanted- had to pull her up and repeat my wishes several times - the blow dry i had in the photo i showed cost me 25% less and looked /lasted much better. The other hairdresser is further away but now i feel its justified
