The person who took care of me was not familiar with the treatment I had booked. He was asking questions to his colleague while taking care of me, and in the end the treatment provided was not aligned with what I had paid for (I was supposed to have Icedancer Manicure, and only got gloves for probably 1mn, and a very very quick hand massage.
The gel manicure that I had lasted for only 9 days.
