The appointment started 20 mins late and the man did apologise but they kept rescheduling my appointment both while I was the venue and when I had left. I am not sure why. The service was slightly rushed but ok. I would have given more stars had they not kept rescheduling the appointment to possibly fit a narrative. I have proof because I contacted Treatwell while I was there.
