I had a very disappointing experience with this salon, and I believe it reflects poorly on the Treatwell platform for allowing them to operate without proper oversight. I have booked with this salon several times, and on multiple occasions they have not respected appointment times. Each time I arrived, they were already attending to another customer and asked me to wait, which defeats the purpose of booking in advance.
My most recent visit was especially frustrating. I had booked two treatment
