I’m happy with my nails and the quality of the service. However, despite booking and paying for my appointment in advance, I had to wait over 25 minutes before being seen. Several other clients in the salon appeared to be experiencing the same issue.
If you offer appointments through Treatwell, it’s important to ensure that booking slots accurately reflect your availability so that clients aren’t left waiting!
