This is usually my go to salon but the past three times I have booked in for an appointment all of the therapists have just sat down with someone and I end up waiting at least 30 minutes. The first two times I thought were a coincidence but it seems like their booking system is not checked or used on this system. It’s not ideal if you have a schedule for the day and have prepaid for a treatment that is running so far behind that the rest of your day is off.
