This is a great new salon in Richmond. The staff are really nice and friendly. My therapist was fantastic. I love the job she did on my eyebrows and I added a facial while I was there too. I'm going back for sure.

Great experience. My hairdresser (I only wish I could remember her name but I'm rubbish with names!) was wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, and funny. She listened really well (v important I think!) and then did a fabulous job. The rest of the staff were really friendly too. Also I thought it was great value and well worth the money spent. The salon was calm and spacious. Have already recommended to friends!

Really great experience from start to finish, Natasha was great at making suggestions as to what would be most suited to me and in particular on the colour options available. Great cut and finish and lovely experience.
