This is a great new salon in Richmond. The staff are really nice and friendly. My therapist was fantastic. I love the job she did on my eyebrows and I added a facial while I was there too. I'm going back for sure.

Great experience. My hairdresser (I only wish I could remember her name but I'm rubbish with names!) was wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, and funny. She listened really well (v important I think!) and then did a fabulous job. The rest of the staff were really friendly too. Also I thought it was great value and well worth the money spent. The salon was calm and spacious. Have already recommended to friends!
