This venue was really disappointing after reading previous reviews. The beauty room was freezing and in desperate need of some tlc. I had a hollywood hot wax and it was the most painful experience, really not sure what hot wax it was but it took so long and I left with hairs still visible. Would not recommend and certainly not value for money. Such a shame but I want to leave an honest review.
