Unprofessional, rude staff and they refuse to use products but rather use a ton of hairspray ! Also I was specific what I needed and they completely ignored that as what they are interested in is to do a quick job .. The blow dry was simply away dry with her hands and hairdryer and it took 10 min rather than 30 that the slot was booked for .. And she had the nerve to charge me the whole price too ! Avoid at all cost .!!!
