Terry was recommended by friends and family and I haven’t been disappointed. I don’t usually trust my fused spine to anyone, and I felt my concerns heard during our session. We managed to release stubborn knots and focus on what is causing pain and restriction of movement to better support my training. Will definitely come back 😊

I went to Terry with some tightness in my hip. He was really thorough going over what the potential causes could be and then worked on it with a combination of stretches and massages. Terry is incredibly knowledgable and talked me through how the joint, muscles and ligaments interact and how the treatment he is applying should help. He is really talented and I’m going back for more sessions!

Terry is a PRO! He really knows his stuff and takes his time to get to know what’s going on with you before he tailors the massage to your exact needs. I recommend him 100% especially if you work our regularly like me and need a great sports massage!
