Terry took time to understand the issue and ask questions before he started working on my shoulder. When he did, it was very clear he knew what he was doing. He talked me through what he was doing, and was able to react knowledgably and skillfully to areas of tension beyond my shoulder. In doing so he quickly got to the root cause and by the time I left I felt considerably better. This is exactly what you want in a sports therapist!
