Thank you to Kam for a great session where I really felt an improvement in my body after. It was my first time doing this sort of thing and wasn't sure of how I would feel the benefits but would recommend it to anyone and found a noticeable difference in my posture and overall ease of movement after. Thanks kam :)
I can’t recommend Kam from Osteo and Wellness Centre enough! I went to him with a frozen shoulder and knee pain, and he worked wonders. The difference after just a few sessions has been incredible. I feel lighter, freer, and so much more comfortable in my movement.
Kam also treated my children. One of them is heavily into sports, and Kam’s care and expertise have made a real difference to his performance and recovery too.
He is professional, approachable, and truly has a gift for what he does. A brilliant osteopath who genuinely cares about his patients.
After months of searching for the right kind of treatment for knee and back pain I was recommended Kam by a friend. Safe to say he has done more in one session to alleviate my pain than multiple visits to various physios, chiropractors and osteopaths. I’m booked in for another appointment and looking forward to what other improvements Kam can make for me in the future.
Kam from Osteo and Wellness Centre is amazing at what he does, my husband was running the London Marathon 2025 and Kam was seeing to him throughout his training any aches pain mobility issues he would help resolve which meant Marc could continue with his training. Kam went above and beyond for Marc & was a big part of Marc’s marathon training and completion. Thank you so much & I would highly recommend the Osteo and Wellness Centre !
