Kam treats the cause not just the symptoms!
After years of seeing various professionals with back pain and headaches I finally met Kam. He very quickly told me what he believed was the issue and went on to rectify it just as quickly. After just 24 hours I felt years of aches and pains disappear. I highly recommend seeing Kam for a thorough and super helpful experience. He is honest and trustworthy.
Kam from Osteo and Wellness Centre is amazing at what he does, my husband was running the London Marathon 2025 and Kam was seeing to him throughout his training any aches pain mobility issues he would help resolve which meant Marc could continue with his training. Kam went above and beyond for Marc & was a big part of Marc’s marathon training and completion. Thank you so much & I would highly recommend the Osteo and Wellness Centre !

I went to Kam for lower back pain that had caused me daily issues for over 9 months. After my first session the pain had almost entirely gone. Kam is extremely professional, and courteous, walking me through everything he was doing in language anyone can follow. Kam even gave me a follow up call a couple of days after just to check in and see how I was doing. It’s great to see such care for patients! Would highly recommend to anyone!
I can’t recommend Kam from Osteo and Wellness Centre enough! I went to him with a frozen shoulder and knee pain, and he worked wonders. The difference after just a few sessions has been incredible. I feel lighter, freer, and so much more comfortable in my movement.
Kam also treated my children. One of them is heavily into sports, and Kam’s care and expertise have made a real difference to his performance and recovery too.
He is professional, approachable, and truly has a gift for what he does. A brilliant osteopath who genuinely cares about his patients.
