The venue was nice enough, nothing special but seemed clean. The man at reception was very welcoming. The hairdresser thought I was just in for a dry cut so I had to say I'd booked a luxury treatment, cut and blow dry. She spent time talking to me about what I wanted and answered some general questions I had about my hair condition. The whole experience seemed quick (40 mins) but I left happy with my hair cut and feel that my thin hair looks healthier and thicker now. I will happily return there.
