I was a little disappointed that the salon seemed tired and very bland. Almost as if they are moving out which felt a bit strange. However - the haircut was very good and the hairdresser did listen and advise.
I booked through Treatwell and when I arrived, I was informed quite rudely that because I hadn't received a text, my appointment had not been confirmed and they couldn't fit me in that day - fair enough if this is their policy, but they way that I was told was far from desirable, and I wasn't informed about this when I made the booking. Whether this was a communication error between treatwell and the venue, I do not know, but I feel like I should not have been the target of somebody's bad day. THAT SAID, I returned the following day for my appointment with Jade, and she was an absolute star and did such a great job! I love my haircut so I guess that's all that matters at the end of the day! Thank yoi
