I have had the deep tissue massage a few times, each time I have left feeling more relaxed and with less tension. I’d recommend if you have tight muscles or tension from active sports.

I had the deep tissue massaged because aches and pains I have in my legs and shoulder but after 1 hour massage my shoulder pain has gone and my legs still hurt but the pain has eased. The lady also explained why I was getting the pain and how to help myself at home to ease it. I will be returning so friendly and relaxing environment.
