Absolutely. Fantastic. As someone who suffers back pain frequently, Amy managed to successfully get out the tension from my back and I was not sore the next morning. Put aside the fact it is in a gym, once you get inside the rooms you cant hear anything from the outside. Its great value for money and is just as good as a £70 massage you'd pay for in a spa. I got Amy's card in the end and am definitely requesting her again. I was able to sleep so well that night, as my back had been preventing me from a good night's sleep for so long!
