I had the deep tissue massage and it was amazing value. My therapist was very polite and did a wonderful job, she asked me which pressure i'd like and which areas to focus on. The massage was amazing, and for the value i've recommended to friends. Will come here again!

As always, Amy was amazing. She checked in several times about how I was finding it, concentrated on the areas I asked her to, and was generally fantastic. I left feeling really relaxed and rejuvenated. Some people find it jarring to leave the spa area and enter a gym, but I enjoy the contrast.
