It is within a gym, but the actual room i had the massage in was quiet, the right temperature and clean. My massage was good - it wasn't relaxing - but that is because i had a lot of tension and she worked to rid me of the kinks. Wish i had booked a longer session. overall I would recommend Opulence spa
