The treatment was good and the staff polite however, lower body was rushed & we didn’t get the full hour which was disappointing! The session was disturbed at the beginning by an unhappy customer outside the treatment room, the staff left the room a couple of times probably to tell their colleagues to keep the noise level down. An extra 10-15 minutes for the inconvenience would have been appreciated instead of cutting the session by 5 minutes.

They changed the time of my slot by 30 mins but that is fine as I didn't have anything scheduled immediately after the treatment. First time trying the hot stone massage, I felt great afterwards. This is my 2nd time at Opulence and would be happy to go back again.
