good welcome, staff was responsive and organized. i did a deep tissue massage, asking for firm pressure, treatment therapist was responsive and very kind and professional. I still felt that it was a lot of effort for the therapist as i was asking for firm massage as she was using her elbow much often which was not relaxing ....
I was looking for an experience where therapist has deeper muscle knowledge, which helps to be more efficient without much effort.

As I walked in I was a bit dubious as it seemed like it was in the basement of a deli that was being refitted. They did make the effort with candles and the receptionist was friendly. I had a 1.5 hr massage with hot stones to work out some knots and the therapist did a really good job working them out. Felt great the day after.
