I'm not used to using salons, I find them intimidating, I didn't know what to expect and so was a little apprehensive. I needn't have worried. Shakila put me at ease straight away. The treatment room was very relaxing, the procedure for the lash lift and tint went smoothly, I was very impressed with the delicate, dextrous application of the treatment. My eyes usually run for no good reason, not this time. I am very pleased with the result and will certainly go back. Shakila is wonderful.

Georgia is always warm and friendly. She listens to my requests and does everything possible to make me feel welcome and important. She has helpful suggestions and always does what I ask for. She always let's me book appointments on advance and is flexible if I need to change it. I enjoy her company and rate her skill highly.

Absolutely fabulous. This was my very first time at Opal. Nicola was amazing in every way. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. My hair looked amazing. Highlights are everything i wanted and a nice little trim to tidy me up! Honestly everything you want from a hair dressing experience! I will be back!
