I was upsold to balayage and the transparency on price was appreciated. The process was fast and the hair washing/head massage was great. Unfortunately the result was underwhelming. The balayage left me with banana yellow chunky streaks. I paid extra for the creative colour stylist so I was surprised by the unattractive result. His professionalism/customer service skills also leave a lot to be desired.
