I had my hair cut and blow dried by Tyler, and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, the salon was cute, and they didn't try to enforce products on you. Tyler was pleasantly chatty without being intrusive, we had proper discussions about the cut in relation to my face shape/hair type/style and so the haircut itself was even better than I expected. I'm really pleased and will be going back.

Overall the cut was good, but it did take 1.5 hours for what was effectively a trim. Every time I have been to this place I have had a different hairdresser, which makes conversation more challenging. This salon is very small, and what I have noticed each time is a lack of atmosphere and feeling of being pampered. This time I had to ask after 10 minutes what had happened to the coffee that I had been offered when I arrived. Another 5 minutes later and a lukewarm coffee appeared. The salon assistant let's the place down, as she also washed my hair and it was the quickest, worst salon hair wash I have ever had.

I booked in with the more senior stylist, Phil, and they changed my booking to the junior stylist without telling me - which is a bit cheeky as it was more expensive to book Phil. Fortunately the more junior stylist did a FABULOUS job on my colour and highlights, so I can't complain too much. I would book with her again in a minute.
