Had my hair cut and blow dried by Tyler. He was fantastic, really helpful, gave me lots of tips for products and how to maintain my style. He listened to what I wanted and achieved it. My hair was in a sorry state and he has completely revived it. Very lovely and talented guy.

I went for a cut and restyle with Phil. They had messed up the times so I had to wait an extra half an hour. No one apologised for this and also other stylists were free so I was surprised they didn't atleast start the process of washing my hair etc whilst I was waiting. Phil was really nice but I did feel like the whole experience was very rushed as they had double booking issues all day. Didn't feel like I got my money's worth especially as they didn't even straighten my hair for me at the end.
