I booked for a balyage, haircut and blow dry. My hair looked even worse after the balyage, I asked for an ashy colour but my hair looks orange. I didn't even receive a proper blow dry and didn't even get a haircut because she didn't have 'time' . I rather have left my hair how it was

Tyler is so fab at what he does! I am always so pleased with the service and with my hair cut :-) i'll be coming back after i've been away traveling so you can finally rescue my god awful fringe (ruined by someone before not him by the way) haha xxx
