I didn't write the review as I don't like say anything bad about the people or complain.
But 4 months later and I can't be quiet anymore.
I had my hair done by Tylor and I end up with a orange hair I was crying when i left the salon. I understand that sometimes colour doesn't match our expectations but I like to be told that before we start. The manager was lovely and accommodated me 4 days later with one of the top hairdressers which I appreciated as it was his day off and he showed up to do my hair.
However..he has tried his best but the finish effect was far from what I wanted and my hair is ruined! Even the top stylist won't touch my hair now as they burned! I literally would have to chop my her off to 3 cm length to look normal and my hair was shoulder blade long.

I had Mala do my balayage and haircut. She listened to what I asked for but also gave me recommendations regarding the colour for my balayage which was great. Absolutely love my colour and cut! I also got the off peak discount. Very good value for money. Will definitely be back!

Brilliant cut & colour as always, but this time the blow dry was done by two inexperienced stylists so wasn't the best I've had. I'll definitely be back though as it's a really nice, clean salon and always great value.

I had a very poor haircut with Kieran recently - he did not really listen to what I wanted to be done with my hair, my usual style of maintenance, and even when I asked for my hair to be cut a bit more Kieran was unwilling to do this for some reason. I felt that he was very much in a rush and wanted to get the job done quickly, rather than well. He spent about 80% of the haircut time on blowdrying my hair and making it look 'good' for when I left the salon, though i wasn't too keen on extensive styling and blowdrying to begin with, and didn't even trim entire sections of my hair. This means that on a day to day basis my hair basically looks no different. Had I just wanted styling I would have paid for that, rather than paid for a haircut where only one layer of hair at the back was trimmed. Really disappointing and I would not recommend.
