I had a super experience - the hairdresser took her time in giving me a lovely head massage when conditioning my hair, and curled my hair after the blow dry and really took her time to look after me. Was so relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed myself relaxing. Hair looked great

I go regularly to Oolong, it's a lovely salon with a great location and quality service. I had gone for a restyling and blow dry. Perhaps my expectations were different from what the service entails, but my stylist did not recommend much. He just agreed to what I asked for (except the length, which I had to ask him to adjust since I wanted it shorter). Also he seemed quite distracted throughout the session.
Nonetheless, my experience with Oolong has always been great, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends in the neighbourhood.

Staff was very friendly and nice however not happy with the balayage result and the time it took for the stylist to do it (I was in total for approx 6hrs in the salon as she was doing other client's hair inbetween instead of focusing on finishing my hair) neither was I asked how I want my blow dry which was a very simple rough dry in the end but i paid for as part of the balayage&haircut&blow dry deal. Wouldnt go back.
