Terrible, got here 5 minutes early for my appointment, the hairdresser told me he was running 10 minutes late, 45 minutes later he was finally finished with the previous customer. No consultation what so ever, he didn't even look at my hair when it was dry just asked if I wanted a trim? My hair was then washed by another person
The washbasin chairs are not very comfortable and need foot stools as they are not very well designed
My haircut ended up being a rush job as the hairdresser obviously wanted to finish for the day. My hair was not correctly sectioned, it was not a proper haircut at all, just a quick trim all over
It was all a bit basic, would not recommend this place at all

This is my second visit and the salon is really friendly and relaxed, although busy. Kieran has done my hair twice now and I am really please with the results, both times, especially as I don't have easy hair to work with. The bleaching has come out really nice and the cut is fantastic, so I have booked to go back a third time and look forward to the next experience.
