They were very friendly. They did change my appointment to 20 minutes later and just informed me by email which messed it up a little as I had planned it on my lunch break. Other than that all good.

Not worth the money. Asked and paid for balayage what I got was overpriced cheap looking highlights.... The staff were nice byt the result was really disappointing....

Booked last minute with Art Director to fix my haircut. I was very happy with the result, after a consultation. He understood exactly what I wanted. Staff was very welcoming. I recommend it!
