Unfortunately I've forgotten my stylist's name (it sounded like Tony) but he was great! I have very long hair and I wanted to cut it to a good length to get some shape back and he got what I wanted. Blow dry was also excellent :) The lady who washed my hair was very welcoming, made me very comfortable and wasn't too rough when washing my hair! The appointment was running 10-15 min late but they kept me informed, offered me a drink and I wasn't really fussed by this at all.

The salon itself felt quite cramped, there's not much free space and a lot of people in one room. That said, my wash cut & blowdry was flawless and my stylist Gabriele gave me the exact cut and finish I wanted. I was in and out in under an hour, and the price was very good.
Would recommend if you want an efficient appointment and a great haircut, but not a luxurious or relaxing atmosphere!

Toni was friendly and cut my hair as I wanted; though a few very harsh pulls and scraping my face when combing my hair. I have had more gentle hairdressers who do not rip or pull my long hair. The lady with grey hair was on the phone moaning loudly the whole time. Was not a very relaxing or professional environment. Blow dry was not the best I’ve had- fell out within in two hours. Overall not awful but not the best.
