The haircut itself was great (and the staff equally so!). However, I wasn't seen until 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start!! Teas were given to keep me going but I wasn't updated on the status of when I would be served etc. Apart from poor time management, I would recommend the salon itself as well as Phil.

This venue definitely offers value for money! Due to the nature of the space and the amount of bookings received, the service is a little impersonal, but they get the job done. Would definitely return for a quick wash, haircut and blowdry.
