I had a great experience here. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The stylist I had, Tony, did an amazing job with my hair and I cannot be happier. Will definitely come back again!

The salon is really clean and well managed. Just few walks away from the Tower Bridge and restaurants, very nice location. Kieran did a very good job on my balayage, haircut and blow dry. I’ll definitely gonna come back again.

I arrived at the salon 10 minutes late but Toni was still able to accommodate me. He was friendly and attentive, however the whole experience was a bit rushed. The appointment time was 45 minutes for a haircut and blow dry which is certainly not enough time. Now that I washed my hair again and straightened it I can see the haircut is not exactly what I wanted but we didn't have time to see the end result at the salon and make adjustments as there was no time. I think the salon should allow more time for these appointments to give the customers a better experience.
