The staff were very friendly and kept offering me drinks, magazines etc. Very happy with the hair colour and cut, and even though my hair is so thick the hair dye was taking forever to wash out, Kieran made sure he took the time to do it properly. Thanks guys

I only needed a quick trim and tidy for my hair which was a complete bird's nest (hadn't been cut for about 7 months), and this was the exact service I got. In and out in 45 minutes, with not much chat (a plus for me but maybe a negative for other people). Hair was styled really nicely, and was not too over the top unlike many other stylists.

Not the best. Very busy so they started late, I was left at the basin with wet hair for 30 minutes and got very cold as the salon had no hot water. Not enjoyable! They seemed to know there would be no hot water after 4pm so I'm not sure why they still take appointments?
When I got home I realised the front section of highlights had bled and not blended as well as the others. I shall be calling to arrange for them to fix it. The staff were lovely though.
