Neat and very clean salon. Staff very knowledgeable about hair colour. Great haircut. Managed to follow the photos I showed. Great value for money. Would visit again. I like that the staff didn't try to make too many small talks.

as I don't work/live in the London Bridge area, I wouldn't have known about Oolong without Treatwell's promotional deal. my stylist was Mala, who gave me a great-quality cut for an incredibly modest price. the salon had such a warm & friendly atmosphere too. even at its full price, I would happily come back. it takes *a lot* for me to place my trust in hairdressers, and Oolong has definitely earnt it.

The staff member was friendly and I was happy with my cut. However, I arrived 10 minutes early and was told they had no hot water so had to have hair washed in cold water and using the kettle. I also had to wait half an hour after my appointment time before being served.

The visit has very good - the lady that cut my hair listened to what I wanted and styled it as requested. The only slight issue was the timing as they were already running 20 minutes late when I arrived, and I had booked a lunch time appointment, so had to take an extra long work break!
