Water was freezing cold or very hot when the hair dresser was washing my hair. She knew this but kept apologising which was unacceptable as she should have stopped washing my hair and get the temperature right then she made excuses and said " the water is like this on a weekend". This was the worst wash I ever had. Then blow-drying my hair was even worst, she did not know who to not let the heat of the hair dryer get so close to my scalp so a I winced in the chair several times and she kept apologising. After she blow-dried it felt matted at the roots and not free and flowing and light as it should feel and I could only summarise that this is due to her not washing the conditioner out of my hair properly. I was so surprised at the basic skill of the hair dresser that i could not get out of there fast enough. I ended up washing my hair after I got home. Waste of my money and time.
