Good value for price, but the tint was not applied carefully (I ended up with tint all over my forehead) and the rough blow dry did not respect the way of growth of my hair, so I had to redo my fringe when I got home.

When I arrived home, I realised that I had most of my forehead with twins and the hair was not washed properly either. Nevertheless, after washing it again, the colour was perfect.

My stylist was meticulous when cutting my hair to ensure it was level on both sides, she obviously had great technical skill, and was very friendly. I didn't come out with the exact haircut I wanted but I think that's more to do with my unrealistic expectations of my hair type etc. : couldn't fault the styling!
