Great value, and friendly staff. Wash and haircut was great, good experience and it turned out nice. Minor constructive feedback included the heat was not on so it was very cold. Suggest wearing an extra layer. There was a double booking plus a staff member called in sick so my appointment took nearly double the length which meant I was late for another appointment. While I was told early on the stylist would be working between two people it would have been good to get an estimate of when the appointment would now end.

I always leave Oolong with my hair looking amazing!
