I asked for a specific colour but Kieran just wasn’t listening. To achieve the shade I like I always mix at least two tones; he went for one that didn’t work and then put another colour that looked awful when i walked outside. He put the colour on without consulting with me. I specifically said I don’t want red pigment as I know it doesn’t look good on me, I went for warm auburn, came out with cold red. Paid for permanent all over, had semi permanent done. the colour is so awful i can’t look at myself. The first thing I did after coming home was washing my hair 5 times. I really should get a refund for this. Never again

I plan on making Oolong my 'regular' after 3 cut and blowdries. Great service, warm cup of tea and it's in a lovely location.
