Shame the lovely Italian lady who transformed my hair last time (and confidence) has left to go on and teach. She kept the length, styled it beautifully. This time: Wet neck from hair washed. More length taken off than I’d anticipated- despite saying so. Appreciate it was raining- though there’s absolutely no way in the world I’d have walked out with a sheet of plastic resembling a bin liner. Good value, quick job and will recommend.
