Extremely disappointed. I have ashy dark blonde hair (my natural) with light blonde highlights. I have asked the stylist (Mala) for covering the light blonde pieces to get my original natural colour back everywhere. Instead, my hair turned out grey on the top (with red patches) and dark red on the lower part. It looks horrific and I am ashamed to go on the street like this! :( The colours were clearly messed up and she tried to correct it with purple shampoo on the top, which made the whole look even worse than it already was. When I asked about it, she said “it’s a work in progress”.
I have contacted the salon via email but no response as of yet! A full refund would be the least that they should offer!!

I always enjoy going to Oolong and this time was no exception. The staff is friendly, they are attentive and listen to my requests, and always have good music and coffee to offer. It would be nice if they planned their appointments a bit better so that when I arrive the suggested 15 minutes early, I'm not waiting for another 15 minutes to be seen, but I understand that this can be a hard balance to strike. Even though the Treatwell prices have gone up, I'll still keep going because their staff at all levels are so great.
