What a spectacular, beautiful experience I've had at One O Three the last two weeks. First a wonderful, restorative hair revitalization with Franco. Then a truly exceptional full head bleach carried out with superlative care and expertise by the lovely, elegant Lara. We will return! Thanks again to everyone at 103 for the pampering.
